Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You create an account and enjoy 7 days of full trial. Afterwards your account becomes read-only until you pick a plan: you lose no data.
Is my data safe?
It is hosted in Europe, the connection is encrypted, two-factor authentication is available and a backup is made every day.
Can my accountant access it?
Yes, for free: invite them with the “accountant” role (read-only), or use the firm space if they follow several clients.
Do I have to send my invoices via Peppol?
Yes, if you invoice other Belgian businesses: it has been mandatory since 1 January 2026. Factosyn registers your company on Peppol and sends your invoices in the right format, with no technical steps on your side.
What is Peppol?
The European network for electronic invoices. Factosyn prepares your invoices in that official format.
Can I use Factosyn on my phone?
Yes. The app adapts to the screen and can be installed on your phone’s home screen, like an app.
